Ashlee - Royal Icing Scribe

When I found these terrazzo beads, I just knew that this one had to be named after the beyond-talented Ashlee Christman of Sweet Dough Cookie Co. Besides her insane cookie skills, she's won the Food Network Christmas Cookie Challenge TWICE and she officially opened her own brick-and-mortar cookie shop! I was lucky enough to meet her and take her terrazzo technique class at CookieCon Dallas. That is where the inspiration came from when making this scribe! 

Whether it's cookies, cakes, or macarons this tool is a must-have!  Use it to pop those air bubbles or fix and smooth out royal icing, it's such a versatile tool!
